AGF has won the Danish championship for the first time in 40 years, after beating Brøndby 2-0 in the final round. It was a big win for AGF, which has been at the top of the table all season. Kristian Arnstad and Magnus Knudsen were part of the winning team, and the two players have been a big part of AGFs success this season. Arnstad has played 30 of the 31 games in the Superliga this season and has scored nine goals and three assists. Knudsen has 13 games without scoring. AGF has been at the top of the table for most of the season and therefore could bring home their sixth league championship. They won three seasons in a row from 1955, and there was also a big cup in 1960 and as mentioned in 1986.
